STORECLOCK

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026

Here is what StoreClock collects, why, and what we do with it. Plain words.

What we collect from store owners

Your name, phone, email, password (scrambled — we can't read it), store name, and the pay rates and settings you type in. Payment details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

What we collect from workers

The name and PIN the owner types in. Each clock in and clock out: the time, and the phone's location at that moment (only to check they are at the store). A code that ties the PIN to one phone. That's all. We do not track workers between punches.

Why we collect it

To run the time clock, add up hours and pay, send the owner alerts and reports, and bill the owner. Nothing else.

Who can see it

The store owner sees their own stores. Workers see only their own hours. StoreClock staff can see owner contact info, store names and whether an account is paid — not punches or pay — unless you ask us for help. We never sell your data.

Who helps us run it

Supabase (database), Cloudflare (website and alerts), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). Each has its own privacy rules.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. If you close your account, your data is deleted. Owners are responsible for downloading any records they need to keep before closing.

Your choices

Owners can edit or delete workers, and export reports, anytime in the app. Workers who want their data removed should ask their store owner. For anything else, email us.
